Installing the original 3-blade propeller
The old 5-blade propeller
Heat and a huge wrench was needed to remove the old propeller
My son, Lasse, working to get the old propeller off
This is me, holding the 5-blade Chalup propeller
The former owner installed this very old 5-blade chalup propeller on the boat. The result was slower boat. We took it off again, to go back to the original setting.
The "new" (old) original propeller
We hope to get 1.5-2.0 knot more topspeed out of this one
With the old Chalup propeller mounted, max. speed was 6.5 knots.
